Hello guys from now another 6-7 blogs will be about top 5 exercise of different muscles.

In today's blog i will cover top 5 exercise for your chest . 
Everybody wants his chest big , muscular & blocked shaped. There are two main muscle in our chest 1) pectoralis major 2) pectoralis minor.
So pectoralis major is that muscle which bluk our chest and pectoralis minor is muscle which is thin muscle , stick with ribs under pectoralis major.
So here's 5 basic and best exercise for your chest.

Top 5 exercise for chest.

1) Flat bench press :-

One of the best exercise and the basic exercise for our chest .
This exercise is main exercise for bluk . You can perform this exercise in many ways like drop set , piramid set etc. This exercise increase strength and targets on chest, shoulder ,tricep.

2) Incline bench press :-

This exercise is same as above , the difference is this exercise performed in incline bench .
This exercise perform in whole chest. Same, it increases strength and targets on chest , deltoids and back side of Triceps .

3) Decline bench press :-

Popular exercise and best exercise to give shape lower chest. To perform decline bench press you need decline bench . Decline bench have support near your legs , which gives you better grip and comfort.
If you want more strength to your upper body decline bench press is the best exercise which targets on lower chest and lower chest.

4) Pec deck :- 

This exercise perform on thin muscle( pectoralis Minor) which is located below of pectoralis major. Best exercise to pump the chest . usually people do this exercise in last or for wormup.

5) Dips :-

Dips is an exercise which used in strength training. Best exercise for wormup before doing chest , shoulder , triceps.
This exercise primary trains Triceps and major chest and shoulder.
