Guys in todays blog i will talk about top 5 exercise for triceps.
Triceps is one of the biggest part of our arms .
Triceps have 3 heads known as :-
1) Lateral Head
2) Medial Head
3) Long Head
 I will talk about these 3 heads of triceps briefly but not now .

So here are top 5 exercise for Triceps according to me .

1) Weighted Tricep dips :-

One of the best and basic exercise for our Triceps.
To perform this exercise you need two equal size bench . 
Benches should have 4-5 feet distance between them. Traget muscle are triceps , forarms and chest.

2) Skull Crusher :-

There are many ways to perform this exercise you can take straight bar , EZ bar , Dumbells , cable and you can also set various angles on bench.
This exercise increase strength and target muscles are triceps and upper arms.

3) Rope push down :-


Most common and very effective exercise for tricpes. This exercise increase mass and definition of triceps. The target muscles are whole tricep.

4) Overhead Extension :-

Over head extension can be performed in many ways like with EZ bars , cable , single arm or double arm and etc . The target muscles are tricpe and for arms .

5)  Diamond push ups :-

Diamond pushups can be performed as wormups for Triceps. Basically target muscles are tricep , for arms and chest.
