What is Cardio :-


Cardio exercise is an exercise which raise your heart rate .

Our body is made up with bones, muscle ,water and etc. Cardio makes your muscle stronger and stronger . In that way your heart is muscle too. Cardio makes are heart stronger . Cardio also helps in reducing weights . Many people gets benefits doing cardio. Doing to much cardio can be dangerous too. So it should be in limits according your goals.

 How much cardio should i do ?

Guys it totally depends on you . Every person have different body structure some are skinny and some are very healthy. Its up to you how much you want to reduce weight. According to that you have to do cardio .

If you are very healthy and want to lose weight you should do cardio at least 6-7 times a week . And how much time its depend on your goal. Only cardio will not help to lose your weight ,you should also start your weight training .

Are you gaining muscles? Guys there is big myth that you can't do cardio in gaining . Doing to much cardio can effect your gaining but if you are doing 1-2 times a week its ok . In fact it will improve your heart and will help to make your muscles more strong. Also you will recover fast after your weight training . Doing cardio 10 -15 mins is ok not more then 15 mins in your gaining program.
